The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake – 2026
The rumours were true. Nintendo closed its June Direct with the stunning reveal of a remake of what is widely considered one of the greatest games ever made . The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is being reborn on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, featuring updated 3D animation that brings the classic story to life in a new way . As the Zelda franchise celebrates its 40th anniversary, this remake is poised to be Nintendo’s biggest release of the year .
Xenoblade Genesis – 2027
Monolith Soft is back with a brand-new entry in the Xenoblade series, marking the first new title in about five years since Xenoblade Chronicles 3 . Xenoblade Genesis is described as a “new beginning” for the series, shifting away from its sci-fi roots to focus on a fantasy-themed academy setting . Pokémon Pokopia – Free Update and Paid DLC
